Packages 3 nights / 4 days for Superior Room

• Supplement for Premium/ Villa Room will be Rs 1000/- per room per night.
• Supplement for Luxury Room will be Rs 2000/- per room per night.

The above rates are for 3 nights/ 4 days unless where specified on double occupancy & includes:

• Transfers by A /C vehicle (Thivim Railway Station / Airport)
• Welcome non-alcoholic drink on arrival.
• Well appointed standard a/c rooms.
• Buffet Meals

For CPAI (03 breakfast for 3 nights of stay)

For APAI (03 breakfast / 03 lunches / 03 dinners for 3 nights of stay)

• One Half day sightseeing of Goa by A/C coach (conditions apply)
• All currently applicable taxes & services charges.

          Please note:

• Single occupancy is 90% of double occupancy.
• Extension will be on pro-rata basis.
• Check-in time 1pm & check-out time is 11am. No check-out on 31 December 2014 will be allowed.
• 2 children below 6 free sharing room with parents (age proof required).
• All bookings confirmed subject to availability of rooms & on receipt of payment before check-in.
• For 1 or 2 nights bookings Rack Rate will be applicable .

         Cancellation Policy:

• Cancellation for any confirmed booking:
• 10 days or more before check-in date – Loss of booking deposit (10% of entire stay).
• 7-10 days before check-in date – 1 night charge or Booking deposit whichever is higher.
• 3-7 days before check-in date – 50% of entire stay.
• Cancellation received less than 3 days before check in date or No Show – 100% of entire stay.
• Cancellation for the New Year Period not applicable & full retention is applicable.
