AMRITSAR – DALHOUSIE – DHARAMSHALA – MANALI – CHANDIGARH

Day 01: Amritsar 

On Arrival at Amritsar Airport/Railway station you will be warmly welcomed by our representative and transferred to hotel “Golden Tulip Amritsar. Take rest and enjoy your leisure period at hotel.

After that you will visit the famous attraction point at Amritsar, “Golden Temple”. It is Central worship place for Sikhs around the world, built from white marble overlaid with gold leaf. Dinner & overnight at hotel at Amritsar.

Day: 02 – 03 Amritsar – Dalhousie [ 197.1 km ] [ 4 h 19 min ]

Enjoy  breakfast at hotel Golden Tulip and then you will visit “Jallianwala Bagh”. It is Public garden with a memorial, in the shape of an eternal flame, to the massacre of 13 April 1919. After checkout from hotel Grand Tulip you will left the city Amritsar  and proceed to Dalhousie along the national highway border by the green filed of Punjab. Check in at hotel Mount View, Dalhousie. Relax and rest at hotel. Enjoy dinner at hotel and overnight at hotel Mount View.

Day 03: Dalhousie

After breakfast  at hotel you will visit two beautiful places, Kalatop Khajjiar Sanctuary and Khajjiar Lake.

Kalatop Khajjiar Sanctuary is a 30.69 km² animal sanctuary at Kalatop and Khajjiar in the Chamba district of Himachal Pradesh, India. The sanctuary area is well laid out for trekking trails both at Kalatop and Khajjiar. There is a dense deodar and fir forest covering 19.63 km² of the sanctuary, which is about 6 km from Dalhousie. Pheasants, serow  and black bear are some of the common animals found here. The sanctuary lies in the path of the Ravi River, and is surrounded by coniferous and oak forests.

Day 04: Dalhousie – Dharamshala [ 116.8 km ] [ 3 h 24 min ]

After breakfast at hotel Mount View checkout and proceed for Dharamshala along the National highway and enjoy the Scenic Himachal view. At Dharamshala check in at Hotel spring valley. After that you will visit the Dal Lake in Dharamshala. It is a small but beautiful lake at McLeodganj surrounded by Deodar trees (Himalayan Dedar) and nearby snow capped mountains adds beauty to this place. A fair is held during September every year and devotees take holy dip in the lake. There is a famous Durgeshwara Mahadev temple by the side of the lake. Dinner and overnight at hotel Spring valley.

Day 05:  Dharmshala – Manali [ 237.7 km ] [ 6 h 49 min ]

After the breakfast at hotel spring valley at Dharamshala check out and proceed for Manali along the National highway enjoy the beautiful views of mountains. Check in at hotel Apple country resort at Manali. Take rest and relax. Enjoy your leisure time at hotel enjoy delicious dinner and overnight at hotel.

Day 06: Manali 

After the breakfast at hotel Apple country resort left the hotel and take a ride to breathtaking Rohatang Pass. It is mountain pass in Himachal pradesh. Enjoy your full day between glaciers. It would be most adventures day. Make unforgettable memories between snowy Mountains at 13,050 ft height.

After the lots of fun at Rohtang pass. Take a dinner at Hotel Apple valley and overnight at hotel.

Day 07: Manali

After the energetic breakfast at hotel visit the most popular attraction point at Manali-Hidimba devi temple. It is a historic wooden hindu temple in a forest. It is an ancient cave temple dedicated to Hidimbi Devi, wife of Bhima, a figure in the Indian epic Mahābhārata. The temple is surrounded by a cedar forest at the foot of the Himālayas. The sanctuary is built over a huge rock jutting out of the ground which was worshiped as an image of the deity. The structure was built in 1553.

Then enjoy browsing local flea market near temple. Visit the Museum of Himachal Culture & folk art. Small museum showcasing Himachal heritage with various traditional objects & building models. Also visit the Manali Sanctuary. The Manali Sanctuary is a wildlife sanctuary in Himachal Pradesh in northern India.

Day 08: Manali

After breakfast get set to visit the popular tourist attractions of Manali. Morning we proceed for Solang Valley where we can enjoy adventure activities like Zorbing, Paragliding. Later you can also visit Tibetan Monastery- not only a place of worship but also a Tibetan culture centre, the natural springs and sandstone temples at Vashist Village. Dinner and Overnight at hotel Apple valley resort.

Day 09: Manali – Chandigarah [ 310.4 km ] [ 8 h 35 min ]

After breakfast, complete the check-out formalities at the hotel and then proceed for Chandigarh. Chandigarh – is the first planned modern city of India designed by the French architect Le Corbusier. Chandigarh is a city in India that serves as the capital of two states – Punjab and Haryana. However, the city does not belong to either state. Rather, the city is administered by the federal government and hence classified as a union territory. Check in into Hotel Golden plaza. Enjoy delightful dinner at hotel and overnight at hotel.

Day 10: Chandigarah

After the early breakfast in the morning  check out from hotel and visit the Pinjore Garden. It is a historic 17th century garden located in Pinjore city of Panchkula district in the Indian state of Haryana. It is an example of the Mughal Gardens architectural style, which was renovated by the Patiala Dynasty Jat Sikh Rulers. Then our representative will drop you at Chandigarah Airport with the lots of fun memories for life.
