The above rates are for 3 nights/ 4 days except where specified on double occupancy & includes:

• Scheduled Transfers (fixed timings) by A/C coach (Thivim Railway Station / Airport )

(Rs 600/- one way extra for transfers from Margao railway station.)

• Refreshing welcome non-alcoholic drink on arrival.
• Well appointed Deluxe A/C rooms with tea/coffee maker, Fridge & TV.
• Complimentary basket of goodies in room on arrival day.

• 2 bottles of mineral water replenished daily.

• TDH or Buffet Meals as per plan at Las Masala Restaurant
• Full day sightseeing on scheduled days of South Goa (Old Goa churches, Mangueshi Temple, Dona Paula & Miramar Beach by A/C coach once during the stay. (NOT applicable for 2N/3D stay)
• Complimentary WIFI in rooms and public areas.
• Complimentary use of recreational facilities such as Swimming pool (proper costume required) / Games like Pool table, Table tennis, Foosball, Chess, Carom etc & English Library at Rendezvous Activity Centre. Please check with reception for timings.
• All currently applicable taxes.

Please Note :-

• Transfers & Sightseeing is only offered in 3 N / 4 D package on AP & MAP Plan.
• 2N/3D stay at 80% of package rate.
• Single occupancy is 90% of double occupancy.
• Extension will be on pro-rata basis.
• Check-in time is 01.00 p.m. & check-out time is 11.00 a.m. Late check-outs will be permitted subject to availability of rooms and on paying day charge.
• 01 child below 6 yrs & 01 child below 12 yrs will be on complimentary basis for Accommodation and Food only (as per plan) on sharing rooms with parents without extra mattress. Sightseeing @Rs 400/- per child will be charged extra. Extra mattress will be available @Rs 600/- per day.
• Children of age group 6-12 years will be chargeable as per above rates and will be provided an extra mattress.
• Sightseeing is organized on schedule days at a fixed time on a seat in coach basis. Prior reservation is essential. No date change, no refund request will be entertained in case of missed / unused sightseeing. Consumption of alcohol on the sightseeing coach is prohibited.
• In order to maintain the Swimming Pool hygiene, please take note that we ONLY permit LYCRA made fabric as swimming costumes for the Ladies, Gents & Children. The Gents has to compulsorily wear a proper swimming Trunk. Undergarments / Bermudas / Sports shorts / T-shirts are STRICTLY PROHIBITED in the swimming pool.
• Outside Eatables / Food & Alcoholic / Non Alcoholic Beverages STRICTLY PROHIBITED anywhere in Resort premises.
• No refund will be given in case of early check-out or for if the guest skips any facilities or inclusions of their package.
• All bookings confirmed subject to availability & on receipt of payment at the time of booking. 50% advance is mandatory for confirmation of booking. Balance before check-in or on arrival day by cash or credit card or NEFT transfer. No cheques will be accepted.
